ABOUT MICROBLADING

Microblading: getting the perfect eyebrows you desire

It doesn’t matter if you like them feathered, bold, straight or arched—eyebrows are the most prominent facial feature. If you’re not satisfied with your natural eyebrows, there are quite a lot of ways to modify them including pencils, brow gels and tattooing. Currently, there is a very natural option that delivers almost permanent results; popularly known as microblading eyebrows. Unlike the sharpie results produced by permanent make up, microblading uses more of an embroidery technique to generate strokes that look just like real hair.

An expert tattoo artist from microblading academy Branko Babic gave us an insight on the interesting service and there is no surprise why so many women from all around the world love it. PMU microblading by Branko Babic is unique, it is a manual technique of designing semi-permanent eyebrows—Phibrows microblading requires an amount of time spent practicing. The reason is because microblading is the last resort for women who desire to cover gaps, fully reconstruct, define or fill in over plucked eye brows. The results are an undetectable fringe, natural even for clients who wish to add a slight arch.

HOW MICROBLADING DIFFERS FROM TATTOOING

It’s quite easy to get the microblading technique confused with tattooing, but the different is evident in the process. During the microblading process, a unique stylus is used to draw each stroke individually—it is with extreme care such that each process takes between two to three hours to complete. The results are evident for up to three years after the procedure so the eyebrow artist  Lynwood pays a lot of attention to details. The microblading technique begins by drawing the shape with an erasable pencil, this constitutes the most important step. The best shape for each client is chosen and it’s the longest part, it is recommended for clients to avoid places that complete this process in rush.

IS MICROBLADING PAINFUL

Before the inception of the microblading process, a numbing cream is applied to the area of concentration by Belma Slatina, this is followed by a liquid anesthetic that typically reduces discomfort. Are you worried the microblading process will be painful? Be assured it not, some clients may feel a slight discomfort but it’s  pretty painless.

WHY MICROBLADING IS BETTER THAN ALL THE OTHER TECHNIQUES

Once your microblading process is done, your new set of eyebrows are instantly on fleek—and you can upload those duck face selfies (if you like). The healing process may take between 20 to 30 days, depending on the particular individual and no special attention is required except for a brief checkup once a year. Most pros will however recommend a follow up 6-8 weeks after the original procedure; which is a few hour touch up. The great part is, microblading is low maintenance.

ALL YOU NEED TO KNOW ABOUT 3D EYEBROWS, 6D EYEBROWS

3D eyebrows are a great option for anyone who wants dark strong brows most especially after thinning have occurred. Over plucking and an inactive thyroid can lead to thinning of a once lush eyebrow—the 3D eyebrows solves that problem. 3D eyebrows are a tattooing method that represents and draws in individual hair strands. 3D eyebrows are drawn in with a machine by a professional tattoo artist, the process is less predictable than microblading but still produces a natural result. With the 3D and 6D eyebrow embroidery technique, ladies can have very lush and perfect eyebrows without spending all their time drawing eyebrows.

THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN 3D AND 6D EYEBROWS

3D eyebrows embroidery is a technique that uses the stroking procedure which is applied by using a machine, this is mostly recommended for people who desire to have that fuller looking eyebrow; the results produce a much bolder and darker stroke. While 6D eyebrows is a much newer procedure that uses blades instead of a machine during the application of the procedure. This is mostly recommended for those looking forward to have finer looking and lighter eyebrows. Both procedures will typically last about 2 – 3 years depending on how well you take care of them.
